8works Consulting is a niche management consultancy specialising in accelerating organisations' transformation initiatives through collaboration. They apply their methodology throughout the change lifecycle from strategy development through to implementing and embedding system change.

Building on significant successes following the company launch in 2003, the 8works Consulting brand needed to evolve inline with the growth of the business, an expansion to the US and increased calibre of clients.

The rebrand included developing a strong company ethos for internal stakeholders to live by and external stakeholders to admire. The PACE ethos: Power of Collaboration, 8 Centres of Intelligence, Critical Path Focus and Elegant Solutions needed to be embodied in the new company identity.

A key part of the 8works Consulting sales process is positioning 'How' they are able to achieve the results they promise in the accelerated timeframes within which they work. One of the most successful approaches involved a tour of their 'Collaborative Environment' including an explanation of the ECHO^TM and Accelerated Transformation^TM methodologies.

The 8works Consulting website was developed to showcase some of the amazing work being delivered and to act as a platform for various content streams, including a social strategy, all supporting their position as market leaders.

The 8works Consulting rebranding exercise extended to developing a secure online knowledge base to cement the development of the organisation's IP and to aid consistent and rapid delivery of high quality services across multiple engagements running in parallel across various locations around the globe.
