Great With Disability

The Great With Disability mission is to increase the number of individuals who have a disability or long term health condition gaining meaningful employment. To help deliver on this mission we enabled candidates with a Student Toolkit and through educating and connecting employer organisations to this talent pool.

The company website formed the meeting point for all stakeholders. Building a membership with access to the Student Toolkit and providing the opportunity for organisations to promote themselves, list opportunities and crucially demonstrate how they are Great With Disability.

Accessibility, intelligence and boldness were all essential requirements in developing the Great With Disability brand and website. The 5 sections of the Student Toolkit form a core part of the company's service offering, driving membership growth.

The company mission and website were launched at an event attended by students and employer organisations. Online and offline collateral were created to make an impact and highlight the benefits for all involved.
